What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is all about being in the present moment with acceptance, and being aware of your thoughts.  Mindfulness is a proven strategy that promotes health in the body, mind, and relationships. Mindfulness is a fabulous tool for helping people to be able to cope with the pressures of life like stress. Mindfulness is a great tool for accepting things you can’t change and looking at the impact of your thoughts and learning techniques like regular mindfulness meditation to calm your mind.    

We live in a very fast world and we can miss the ‘here and now’ by focusing on what has happened in the past or what may happen in the future.

What can I do for individuals?

I can provide mindfulness sessions on a one-to-one basis or to groups of individuals, for example community or support groups.  Have a look at my testimonials and contact me for more information. 

What can I do for your business?

I can provide bespoke mindfulness training to suit your business needs either to cohorts within your business or to specific individuals.  Some businesses prefer regular sessions and some prefer half day or full day sessions as part of enrichment activities.
